I cut my teeth working for Buzzy O'Keefe at his revered Water Club on Manhattan's water front. I made the red leather banquets my sales studio at Geoffrey Zakarian's The Lambs Club. I curated and operated the legendary Jean-Georges Vongerichten's beverage programs simultaneously for the iconic abc kitchen and abc cocina. I've been sent internationally with the Ace Hotel Group. I helped resuscitate the proud lion that is Pastis for Keith McNally and Stephen Starr. This is who I am, this what I do.
